These just showed up too... Had to jump on the 20% off deal for the 4th. Hard to beat this tire for the price!

Picked up some aluminum rod yesterday and taking measurements so I can take it in to be welded on Saturday.

Maybe with some luck, I can start it this weekend.

Thanks... Hopefully I've learned from past experiences well enough!

I think it'll hold around a quart or so. It's got a good amount of surface area, but it's not all that thick... Which was intentional on both parts. The fluidyne I had on my SHO was over twice as thick, but didn't take up nearly as much space. I think that held almost a quart and a half.

I'm taking the oil cooler over to Pang's tomorrow to have him weld on some rods for mounting into the SoS bracket. I made some marks for location, just off-center and then followed up with my own sort of jig since I can't bring the bracket with me. Once I get back home, I'll mount it up and plumb it up in preparation for cranking the motor over.

I sucked out the oil today from the top side and tomorrow plan to finish out the oil return. I am also tee'ing in the AOS into the return line. The hoses are held on with crimp clamps and I am insulating everything from heat, which is why the hose coming off the turbo is so bulky.

The oil cooler is mounted and plumbed... Just have to secure the hoses and put insulating wrap over them.

Pang welding on the rods I needed to make the clean mounting through the SoS AC condenser mounts.

I can probably fire this up tomorrow, but I got really, really exhausted later in the day today and I may not touch the car tomorrow. We'll see.
