If you had an exhaust leak close to the sensor it can throw off the reading...

You should throw in a fresh WB02 before you take it back depending how it looks...they are def wear-items.

when using the o2 feedback you need to limit the range to which it can modify the tune or it can skew the tune so much that the car will start to run weird. I have mine limited to 10% and a trim switch that I can skew my fuel table 30% either way to adjust for altitude and extreme weather changes you may want to get a second opinion on the tune.

However, I went to start the car a few hours later after coming home, and it is far too lean. It sputters and acts as if it's going to die so I turned it off. What do you guys think? I may just have the tuner put the previous tune back since the only thing I was worried about was the lower reading Afr's originally. I'm not too worried about mid 12 afr idle. The car seems to like the richer idle. I'm going to order a new sensor, but I have to figure out how I can get the car to properly warm up so I can get it back to my tuner. Any suggestions?
The lean idle on a warm start is rather normal for the AEM EMS. Mine does it to for a few seconds and then works it's way back down. If you google the problem, there is an easy fix for it by adjusting one of the tables in the ECU. Lots of cars from factory idly really rich for emissions purposes. It's not that bad but of course within reason
