Default Exhaust/muffler flow

So Im trying to figure out exhaust size.
Currently im supercharged at 410hp with a very restrictive (but very quiet) mugen exhaust.
Im debating between a 3 into 2.5 inch dual or 3 into 2 1/4 inch dual or a 3 into 2inch dual. What im looking for is a calculator or formula to figure out flow for the different pipe sizes. Or if someone has expierence with the different pipe sizes that would be great... Trying to keep the sound levels down while have decent flow. thats the goal. the eventual hp would be somewhere in the high 400 area.

the system im thinking about would have a high flow 3inch cat, a proper resonator and 2 oval mufflers...
Cat= magnaflow
resonator = vibrant quiet??
mufflers = borla/magnaflow???

any thoughts would be great..

thanks

I suggest ASM 70mm single exhaust, Its has bigger piping than Mugen and its single for better flow. Plus its pretty quiet and doesnt drone like the Mugen.

your best bet would be to call up a performance muffler shop and ask them... being in LA you might want to call BERK technologies, they are sponsers on the forum and located in Irvine so anything you buy could be picked up. They made a high-flow honeycomb cat using a magnaflow muffler and a high flow dual exhaust, a radical design that utilizes a single pipe cat-back and splits into two pipes just before the rear subframe (see pictures it is really unique, the split is in line with the main pipe not like the Y pipes usually seen). Pics and dynos can be had in the for sale forums or:
