I just finally installed mine. So far it runs well although haven't taken it on the highway above 60 mph.

The tranzilla is from Rockland, and while it doesnt growl it is still a bit noisy. its a fully built T56 magnum based trans, good for 1200hp and 10K rpm shifts. the bell housing is available from RPM transmissions but will have to be modified. the clutch you can buy "off the shelf" from spec.... kinda. i spent 3 months going back and fourth to get the clutch setup designed and prototyped for my car. they have the cad file now to machine and sell it. i doubt they made anymore after my car but if you call they can make one really quick. Check out my 2.4l build thread for more info

The magnum is a beefier cased trans that requires a lot more tunnel work to get it to fit, correct? This is what Shane told me when we were figuring out whether to go with the t56 or magnum. He said the t56 would be a better option, being it will fit better and still handle near the same power.

yea it was a pain in the ass to get it to fit but it's nothing you cant fix with a hammer

Good info. Thanks Jekyll.
I had a pretty rough time trying to get my T56 to fit under the tunnel so I can't imagine trying to fit a magnum.

I am curious about the shifter location on my Gforce RPM built transmission. Will it be in the same location as my stock ap1 transmission? Also I have the 2,500 Science of speed carbon billet twin disc clutch. Science of speed quoted me $250.00 plus shipping to change the splines on the disc. I live 5 minutes from clutch masters. I wonder if clutch master can change my s2k disc to the f body splines?
