Default FPR Mounting?

Does the FRP have to be level, can it be slightly tilted?

No, neither the FPR or FMU have to to be "upright". Assuming that what you meant by FRP is fuel pressure regulator.

Thats ok then, had to tilt mine slightly so the bottom fuel hose didn't have a hard bend in it.
