Fuel Pressure Drop
Let me start by saying I bought my car already modified and boosted. It has the Inline Pro fuel rail, a return system, and a Fuel Lab regulator. The past few days, I've been experiencing a really hard starting issue. Where when I start the car, it idles around 8-900 rpm even when cold, and it sputters and sounds like it's cammed. I thought it was a leaky injector at first. But I noticed that the rail holds 40 psi when the car is off. But as soon as I tap on the regulator, it drops 20 psi instantly. I've tried clamping the return line (which is the one coming off the regulator, right?) and the pressure drops slower when the regulator is tapped. Is this a fixable problem, or do I just need a new regulator? And if I do need a new one, which do you prefer? I'm running an Inline Pro kit with a GT3582. 411hp to the wheels.
