Default Fuel pump pre-filter

Is the oem fuel pump sock safe for e85?

Second question, everyone using a secondary fuel filter post pump in line with the fuel line? Supposed to be 10-40micron for post pump and 60-100micron for the pre pump filter sock.

I haven't heard of anyone having issues using the stock s2k sock with E85. I've been running E85 for about 5 years and pulled my hangers a few times and the socks always looked good. I asked a similar question years ago about the filter microns. From what I read here, not many people use inline filters. That doesn't people don't run them though, lol. Personally, I run a Fuelab 6 micron inline filter before the fuel rail as a safety measure and haven't had any issues. I do have a Fuelab 6 micron -6AN fuel filter if you're interested.
