Fuel Setups for big numbers

Ive done some searching and reading, just not finding the answers I am looking for. 1000 plus on E85. I was looking at doing ID2000s, 340 in tank, radium surge tank with two 450s, inline pro fuel rail with liquid gauge, -10 line, and a aem fpr. Think this is enough or not enough, or is there a better route to go? I dont know if a dual pump hanger will cut it from what I have read, and even thought about going fuel cell.

I also want to know what you guys are doing to vent the tank after deleting the evap crap.

Thanks for any help you can give me. Appreciate it guys.

Do I need to post build pics for reference or something to get attention?

Ditch the arm fpr. Get something better. Like the fullblown fpr.

Why ditch the AEM FPR? just curious

Your line sizes are perfect but you may run out of injector since the pumps you are running don't like high fuel pressure. What I would do in your situation is ditch the radium surge tank or modify it to run dual bosch 044`s. the bosch pumps operate much better at higher fuel pressure. Also too get rid of the regulator and get a good regulator like the Weldon 2040 and you will be good.

What I have for the same 1000hp setup on methanol which requires even 20 percent more fuel than ethanol is as followed. Custom fuel cell, -12 AN off the fuel cell, 12 AN 100 micron stainless Weldon pre filter into a Weldon 2345 Fuel Pump, 10 AN out of the pump with a 10 stainless Weldon post filter, 10 AN up to the first rail which all rails are a true 10 AN bore, First fuel rail currently is ID1000 which may need to be changed to ID1300/1700/2000 if not enough, straight into the second rail which is ID2000 secondary, 10 AN feeding into the Teflon diaphragm T2040 Weldon regulator good for 120 psi, then 8 AN return back to the top of the cell along with a 8 AN vent on top.

I have done ALOT of research regarding proper fueling, reliability, and such for our cars and what I did above in my opinion is the hands down best electronic fuel pump system you can run. Having the large external pump like the Weldon or an aeromotive A1000, magnafuel, any of those big pump allow you to benefit from running high base pressure and make the most of a smaller injector while still having great idle.

PM me if you have any questions man. Good luck with the build!

Aem fpr will leak. Get something beefier! Had to swtich mine out.
