We can also provide a complete rebuilt diff with your choice of gear ratios as well for an additional cost.
We have the the following... Stage 3.9 Kit which is rated to 600hp (possibly more) $2895 Stage 5.9 kit which is rated to 1000hp $3495 Both kits will come with.. -DSS Axles -DSS Steel Driveshaft -Custom Brackets -Grade 8 hardware -Extended studs -New Hubs **Upgrade to aluminum driveshaft +$195 Attachment 114162[B] Attachment 114163 Attachment 114164 Attachment 114165 Attachment 114166 Attachment 114167 Attachment 114168 |
Nice, this is gonna be a big hit with Turbo SC guys!!
OOOO SHIT! i Cant wait to pick this up someday!!!!
****en finally. Now sponsor my car and I will have T1 install it while the cars there :D
I'm assuming the stages are based on torque ratings (as that is what really breaks things...)?
3.9= 390lb/ft 5.9= 590lb/ft If that's true I know we've pushed those 8.8's a lot higher than that. I'm just getting back in to the Honda world after a few years tuning the new HEMI vehicles where 600-700rwtq isn't uncommon on the blown strokers... |
Its the axles that are of concern. The 8.8 rear is a beast.
The difference between the two kits is the material the axles are made of.
What kind of price range do rebuilt diffs from you run with stockish 4.10 gears? Im in the market for a upgraded diff.
I would seriously consider this, however (my knowledge is limited) would I still need a transmission in addition to this? (to drive aggressively with 400 ft/lbs of torque)
