I was just curious... On my EFR 6758 on my STi, I had to preload it to 8mm to get good spool and hold boost. I was going to start with the same on the 7064.
There was an STi guy I know on the boards that just moved out to the Springs as well. I am curious to see how my setup performs in comparison to yours given the same turbo.
When would you be moving out?

No. The exhaust is physically pushing on the flapper. Even running no reference line won't help fight against that. You can run the EBCS' other port to the bottom of a 2-port to help, but on my other EFR, I did both that and the higher preload.

Just wanted to say it feels good to get the car out of storage! I forgot all of the nuances in driving this car lol. Btw anyone recommend a better battery than the odyssey pc680. I need a smaller battery but with better holding power. My battery dies within a two days of not driving it.
