Full Race T4 Twin Scroll - GTX3076R vs GTX3576R?

I can't stress enough how bad of an idea that is if you use the Ptuning kit. If it we're any other manifold with proper wastegate placement, I'd say 3576 all day.
There is no room for a bigger wastegate unfortunately. I explored that option and gave up on it as it would have meant cutting and modifying the manifold . With the .82 hotside I was creeping to 17psi by 5500-6000rpms originally. Even with the restrictor plate, I couldn't rev past 7000rpms without seeing 17psi. That is very unsafe territory for 93 octane.
The 3076 on that manifold will net you over 600whp. There is absolutely no need for that kind of power unless you plan to upgrade the transmission, rear end, and run e85/race gas.

It is, but every turbo system is different and how one reacts on one setup has no bearing on how it will react on another setup. If I had a sidewinder manifold, I'd go 3576 all day on a single scroll, or even better a 3582 on a twin. Ptuning will likely direct you to me, as far as I know I am the only one running that turbo on their kit. I called them when I was first sorting the issue of the creep and we bounced some ideas back and forth. A year of trial and error with a lot of calculations on the way has led me to where I am now. Ptuning's usual response is that they have had excellent luck with the 3076.
I went out on a limb with the 3576 knowing that I was going to be a guinea pig. If I knew what I know now, I would have never tried it. I do however realize why the 3576 is becoming a more recommended turbo though, so in that regard it was at least educational.
If you are dead set on getting a 3576, I'll sell you mine. You can order their kit minus a turbo and I'll buy a 3076.
