Long dumptubes need to be braced. It'll break overtime due to vibrations.

No dumptubes or flexpipes included in the kit. Does suck, these are two major pains of the kit however I don't think any kit includes two dumptubes for twin external wastegates. As far as the 3" down pipe atleast it has a 3" vband flange and there are 2 good options. First you can buy a high quality 3" turbo flexpipe, the longer the better(flexpipe will absorb both side to side and back and forth movements), and weld a 3" vband on one side and that will mate right up to the downpipe and will be great for taking stress away exhaust components. OR you can use a 3" slipjoint connector AND a hi-temp silicone bushing with 3" clamp (slipjoint will absorb back and forth exhaust motion and bushing will absorb side to side). See pics above for reference. The best part about the full-race kit is the manifold. It is excellent design very high quality and no need to relocate oil filter which will save you the money you have to sink into the exhaust piping.
As for me i'm going with a 10" long 3" Turbo flexpipe and the 'trick' exhaust hanger to brace and maximize the absorption of exhaust movement because not addressing exhaust vibration will lead to:
Turbo or manifold studs backing out and causing exhaust leaks
Cracked manifolds/downpipes
Unhandled exhaust vibrations will lead to coolant lines, vacuum lines, oil lines, sensors, basically everything shaking loose little by little. This is a HUGE deal and not to be overlooked especially on a turbo'd car as all these components are vital and must be operating without leaks.
