Default Fullblown motorsports manifold temps

Those with fbm sidewinder manifolds,

What you guys doing to keep the temps down?

How you guys protect your vtec solenoid?

I really really hate to wrap this manifold but if I have to I will.

i modified the factory heatshield so it could bolt in and protect my EPS, brake line and fuse box. I have Fullblown's vtec solenoid shield and it's doing a great job of protecting the wires.

I am getting temp readings of 350-450 degrees from the manifold itself just driving around normally. but my temp sensor in the fuse box reads about 150 or so.

I still wouldn't mind something like ATP wrap but I can't get over how it looks :/ Honestly I love how the FBM manifold looks. I would hate to cover it up.

They used to. They don't anymore.

Some great great ideas guys.

Again I'd love to show off this manifold and not wrap it

stock header heat shield cut up a bit to work still to shield eps and fuse box. nothing crazy though. and the fbm vtec heat shield. no coating or wrap on manifold or downpipe. water temps are always fine, air intake temps are fine too. all street driving.
