Help wiring wideband into 2006+ o2 signal wiring- does c16 pin exist 2006+?
Hi all,
Trying to wire an aem uego wideband into the ecu for the O2 feedback.
I'm reading everywhere that I should tap the c16 pin on the ecu for the O2 sensor signal and I can't seem to find it on my 06.
I'm referencing this post: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-.../#post31033706
Looks like the 06+ is different? Is it the A28 or A31 pin I want?
i don't know which exact one is the C connector, I've read conflicting info here that it's the blue connector into the ecu but I don't have one?
Please help! Thanks!

What engine tuning software are you using? Hondata Flashpro?
If you are using Flashpro use this to answer your questions: https://www.hondata.com/help/flashpr...troduction.htm
The stock 06-09 o2 sensor is indeed a wideband. Adding an aftermarket wideband does have its positives, for Flashpro and if your oem ecu supports the IGRL input yo ucan wire the aftermarket wbo2 to pin B12. Otherwise E1 and E15 can be used.

Yes, using flashpro.
The goal is to get the stock ecu to receive it's O2 readings from the AEM wideband instead of the oem.
Still B12 pin for that?
Thank you!!

Follow the link I provided. Reference ---> ECU Connections ---> S2000 EGRL Input
the following statement is listed WITH a picture.
"Some S2000 ECUs do not have the circuitry to support the EGRL (B12) input. To check if your ECU has the circuitry, remove the ECU and open the case. If component C20 is tan capacitor, EGRL is supported. If component C20 is a black resistor '102', then EGRL is not supported. In this case, the ECU may be modified by Hondata to support the input."
If you wish, you can wire the WBO2 into other pins as well, but those pins control other features. E1 is ECT-2 and E15 is ELD. 1st choice should be B12!!
With any qurstion like this, it is ALWAYS best to reference the source for information. Do not come to the forums, this is where you can sometimes find the wrong information.

Thank you thank you! I'll check into this tonight.
I assume I'll have to somehow tell Flashpro to flash the ECU to read it's primary o2 readings from B12 pin instead of whatever the normal pins are?

Now that I'm not reading on a phone and have a few cups of coffee in me... this all makes sense now. Hopefully my ECU supports the B12 pin!
Thanks again!
Thanks again!

Just an update on this - my ECU did NOT support the B12 pin, so I wired to E1 - The ECT2 sensor. When I receive my flashpro (Out for delivery with my SOS kit today!) I will have to go into the software and disable the ECT2 sensor and also set the wideband setting to pull it's reading from that ECT2 location.
