Default High Boost Short Block Build

Who can tell me what is the best block to use for a high boost turbo S2000? My car is a 2005 with the PTuning turbo kit and I want to make more power without destroying the motor. It runs great and is tuned on a Mustang Dyno at 560 whp, but I know there is a lot more room to go with the turbo and fuel system. Should I simply send off my stock block to somewhere like Inline Pro and have it sleeved/built? Or would you go with a crank from a K24 in the F22 block? Or my other option is to source a cheap F20 block and crank to build, and leave my stock bottom end together and not molest it. Open to all ideas and suggestions here. Thank you.

Jeremy allen / IP block in my opinion are top notch for F Series.

You can keep the 2.0 crank, just need rods pistons bearings and sleeves.

Stock blocks are very strong, mine was fine all the way to 750-800 before a main spun

I have never heard of Jeremy Allen. But have been in contact with Inline Pro.

Your stock bottom end handled 750hp? Or was that with sleeves/pisons/rods?

Stock, just head studs and rod bolts, and some cheap BC valvetrain.

Wow that's crazy. I had my tuner stop at 20psi at 560whp, stock 150k mile bottom end.

I'm really leaning toward the Inline Pro F24 short block at this point after talking with them.

Next question is what all should I replace before installing a new bottom end? Oil pump/oil pump chain/oil pump chain tensioner? Timing chain and guides? Water pump? Oil jets and bolts? Any good reason to add an oil pan baffle? I do a few track days per year.

I took my f22 down to inline pro... they do tremendous work. I had them do a stage 1 head job. They charge list price for oem parts, so for an extra 650 at the time (for labor), I just gave them the entire motor assembled and they took it apart, installed the head studs and had them replace the chain, gears, oil pump all with new oem parts and put it back together. Ive assembled many engines personally and having someone who lives, eats, breathes honda engines all day long to assemble it was virtually a no brainer. Also went the route of a 2.4 crank at the same time. The driving experience is so different that its hard to explain. The midrange is crazy. I have 10k boosted miles on the motor. Doesn't leak a drop of oil, doesn't burn any oil. It's incredible. I would recommend it 100%

@outeiroj that's great to hear. I have only read good things about the Inline Pro F24 so far. Do you mind telling me about your fuel system and how much power your car makes?

1000cc grams injectors, walbro in tank fuel pump w/ SOS wiring kit, running 12.5 psi out of a kw c38-91. Put down 451rwhp 301ft/lbs on 93 octane with no additives

What are you doing for transmission? You should probably do the head/valvetrain before you have to worry about the bottom end. Should be able to handle 650-675whp easy.
