Have you unbolted the slave and checked the ball that goes into the cup? The cup has a hole in it and wears a peg into the ball that might cause some less than free movement. Easy check, file it off buff and re grease.

Also when I remove/install the slave, I tighten the bolts while pushing the slave into the fork. It's not enough to pull the fingers of the pressure plate, but it does get rid of some slack. My pedal felt weak and engaged almost right of the floor.

You can also adjust your master cylinder arm for this, but mine was already close to running out of thread.

I filed and polished the slave the first time I did the clutch.... I just had the clutch changed a few weeks ago though so maybe I'll pull the slave and give it another look

When i removed the CDV on my AP2 it still slipped some, once i switched to the ACT/OEM combo, but maintained the AP2 Boat anchor (flywheel), i did not feel any slippage when supercharged...

I had the ACT PP + OEM disc and 8lb ACT flywheel when I was making 400whp S/C. I kept my CDV to save my diff lol

Didn't notice any slipping or burning clutch smell
