By far the most complicated thing I ever had to put in my S. Now that it is completed I like most of you have more intense hearing an have been listening for everything. What I'm hearing or what it sounds like is the DSS 5.9 axles are rubbing on the exhaust and I'm really not sure how to make this correction being everything is in a fixed location

Really? I didn't think it was that bad... Definitely easier than fitting all the turbo parts/components properly. Probably even easier than my front sway install... lol.

No idea what you're hearing. Mine doesn't make any noise. I'm using a custom exhaust though that was built after the R200 and all was already installed.

Maybe try and take some pics of where you think its rubbing?

Those rears had issues with the hubs and axles. You might want to start looking there.

Me. 6 broken hubs. Reluctor rings on axles not lining up with ABS sensors.

damn that sucks bro. did DSS send you new ones? since they have like a 6 month warranty or something like that. i will look at it again but i think mine lined up. my next issue is i noticed my LR wheel has a very slight wobble and i dont believe i have a bent rim. everything was pressed on correctly and ball joints were reassembled correctly so i cant figure out what the hell is wobbling.
Sata i am using the Ptuning 3in single

My DSS rubbed the single exhaust. I had to heat the hangars and pull and tug on some things. Haven't had a problem since
