Joey your inspiring me for my turbo build I want to pull off. This thread gave me so many ideas, especially the boost by gears.
I dont know how yet, still researching but I have my goals and plans. I want to have a low boost setting, max 10 psi in every gear, for all normal driving, circuit track driving and so on. For when I wanna really punch it, I want a high boost setting. High boost of around 16-20 psi, goal of 400-450 whp. Would want to have the boost staged through the gears, like 12 psi first, 15 psi second, third and above max boost.
What ya think?

u might want to try looking into some dual valve springs and ti retainers just to be safe. im not sure how much high revving the ap2s oem ones can take under a decent amount of boost that your planning on running to hit 550 rwph.
