Hope those injectors work for you. I would have them tested, from some where else other than five 0, before you boost. I went through 4 sets of injectors before five 0 got their act together and sent me a grouping < 2% static and dynamic.

O ya, Im pumped about the 350z swaps! I can't wait to see them in action

Which injectors did you get from five-0?

They were/are the asphalt II series, part number 0426F1600. For all the trouble, if I were to do it all over again I would have saved myself the year of fighting with five 0 and bought ID injectors.

Well that's not comforting at all... thanks for the heads up. I was planning to get their new "black ops" injectors a try, but I'm kind of hesitant now... Anyways, the injectors will be 1 of the last pieces I buy, since I want to put some miles on the trans and diff setup and also break in the clutch before installing the turbo parts. Not to mention I still need to extend the passenger harness, relocate the fuse box and battery, blah blah blah -_-

Hehe similar builds except different orders. I choose to get the fuel system installed first and running so I know I can at least get the car moving. But agreed changing one variable at a time is the way to go.

Alrite, here are some pix of the diff setup I put together. It's not 100% complete yet, I will be cutting the side brackets to only use 1 bolt/ side vs 2 to make room for the hall speed sensor I will be making. The input flange on the diff had to be re-drilled for the u-joint as well as the transmission output flange. The drive shaft I had made is from a guy who builds custom drive shafts on ebay. Once again, I was able to reuse the stock axles with this setup.

Hey everyone, just wanted to keep this thread going with a little update. Got to put in some work on the Z trans swap this past weekend. I cut the flange off both the Z and S trannies and got it all mocked up with the clutch set on the block. Will be getting the 2 housing pieces machined flat and welded hopefully in the next week. I also had to cut the input shaft down as the Z shaft had extra length that was not needed. As always, comments, concerns, or suggestions are welcome.
