Default Kraftwerks BPV Failure

Hello all,
As the title states, I have a Kraftwerks kit with C38-91 and it was all running well enough for a few months until I noticed it began to feel hesitant when at WOT, and after running some logs was able to determine it was an intermittent boost leak. Upon pulling the BPV that comes with the kit, I noticed both the piston of the BPV as well as the cylinder wall of it were both scored/scratched up, not allowing easy travel of the piston and getting stuck half open intermittently when at WOT. Has anybody replaced it with an alternative? I’ve heard that the included BPV is no good, but didn’t expect a failure such as this early on (5 months after install).

Will definitely look into it thank you, been wanting to see the different options people run and how they like the sound.
