krank vent installed, boost lowered by itself?!
As the title says, after my bitching about the krank vents taking a long time, they finally arrived and I installed them correctly ASAP (yes I have the popcornish bubbly noise too, sounds fun). Anyway, I noticed the car felt a little...how would you say, smooth during shifts and when part throttle to no throttle transitioning. Mostly that it doesn't backfire or have that gurgly sound to it that it used to.
Anyhow, I decided to do some logs with the EMS to see how things were doing, and I did 4 pulls, 2 in 3rd, 2 in 4th, to redline in each, at diff times of the day, all after the car was warmed up and driven a few miles, but not back to back, make sense? Prior to the krankvents, I was running consistent 20 psi all day long. Every single log that I did, the most psi seen by the EMS was 18.5, every time, without fail. I never touched the Inline Pro MBC or 'bumped' it or anything like that, it is double zip tied to a secure place where it can't be hit. I was wondering, is this normal? Has anyone else noticed this? Just out of curiosity, why do you suppose this happened?

No shit I can just turn up the boost controller, my main question was why did this happen with the krank vents and if anyone has had a similiar experience.

You guys are missing the point. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and why krankvents would cause this? More vacuum somehow messing with the pressure of the MBC ball/spring?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the purpose of KVs is to relieve the excess unburnt blowby gases out of the crankcase back into the intake pipe thereby increasing vacuum as a secondary effect. So it would in effect make sense that the KVs would lower your boost by a small margin, but then again, I could be wrong.
