Default My build/learning thread

After owning my S for over a year now ive decided to start a long piece by piece turbo build no rush and no real money limit (reason for taking my time)

My goals:

im looking for 310- 350hp nothing big just a little extra

Reliable and streetable

OTHER:

ALL opinions will be great negatives and positives, i will be using this thread for questions and also tips from everyone. So a thanks in advance and hope i learn a great deal during this process

Side Notes:

I'm very mechanically incline, just new to the forced induction part

Questions:

for my power goals i know i dont need a big turbo, and have at my disposal a garrett t25 turbo with the waste gate removed for use with an external waste gate? will this be ok or should i keep looking? what would be a good size?

And please post links to various parts you recommend to be used thanks again

The t25 would be too small. I recommend a Precision 5857. 350hp won't be difficult

Greddy turbo is a reworked 18g Mitsubishi turbo T25 flange.

Log manifold is fine at that power level. Pang makes awesome manifolds and his customer service is great.
