Rattle off?

the flange from the manifold breaks off?

i had read reviews about the lower wastegate flange on the the plm manifold beind a weak spot that usually cracks and needs welded. Mine blew completely off during a pull. wastegate was still clamped to the flange, the flange just blew ofd all the welds from the manifold lol. no big deal had it rewelded and had the whole thing looked iver and any thin spots touched up.

as far as the rattling, as expected the vibrations makes shit rattle off. ive had one manifold nut fall off and both wastegate clamp bolts back out. once i got it all tight again with lock washers ive had no problem so far. i think everythigg that should have gone wrong has already as far as oil lines bursting and shit falling off etc. now car has been super reliable other than me f ing up the ecu thats being repaired now at aem.

Just reading through some threads in the. f/i here today it seems like the big name brands like borg warner, garrett and precision are cropping up with faults / requiring rebuilds.

Genuine Garrett seem to be most reliable, I was surprised to see a couple of BWs going down, shaft play, oil in housing etc

I wonder if the aftermarket vband housings would bolt straight up?

Pics of how the waste gate dump tubes route? Parting together a setup similar to this, just bought a .82 ar housing with v band instead of the 4 bolt so i can run the plm downpipe.
