I actually started looking into this a few months ago. I couldn't find anyone who tried anything. Still can't find someone who really knows what the problem is. Flex in the case? Gearmetal not hard enough?

The B series guys use the cuffs all the time. I was looking into making and designing one for our gearbox eliminating 6. Could use some inputs.

here us my old trans. Originally it was 2nd gear that went bad. I drove on it for a while and the rest went bad probably because of shavings floating around.

I love Amsoil and have always used their engine oil but NEO Synthetic 75w90 RHD for the trans. It's what I ran in the stock trans and I swear it helped it live for a long time on over 800 whp. Did tons of research and talking with people in the know and NEO was the ticket.

Finally fired her up today. The weather was horrible so i didn't get to drive ut around but i did drive it on the lift to make sure it goes through all of the gears. Im running oem honda trans until the neo 75w90 comes in. Also ordering a clutch delay valve so it doesn't shock the gears as much when im running it hard.

Good call on ordering the NEO. It is expensive but worth it IMO.

The fluid came in today. Car has been running well so far but im not ready to start banging gears. Once the flow control valve comes in im gonna start doing some hard runs.
