New clutch disk needed?
I just picked up a 2007 AP2 with 9000 miles on the dial.
I'm going to boost it right away, so I need a clutch. I'm going to the the ACT kit w/ stock disk route. Should I get a new stock disk? Or will mine with 9000mile on it be ok? |
My 2 cents - if you're spending all the money and time, just spend the extra $130 for a new disc. Can always ebay old one for $70

Ya I was thinking of getting an apt flywheel too. |
Correct, do it right the first time. Act Hdpp with stock disc and new bearings, plus Ap1 flywheel. Make sure you get the flywheel resurfaced. Need anything else let us know.

Ya I got lucky. |
Agree with all the above...why leave it in when you have it all torn apart. It may only have 9k on the clock, but it is 7 years old...
