Default New dyno #'s - new tuner

One problem after another....that's how this year has gone with my car. I have missed driving it most of the spring/summer (have put maybe 600 miles on it this year). I was starting to think of selling it (that's how frustrated I was), but finally got things sorted.

Tune was done at Revolutions Performance in Colorado Springs, CO. Dyno is a Dyno Dynamics.

Best pull was 450/300
Running 12lbs boost
91 octane pump gas

'04 S2000
Full-Race kit w/GT35R
Stock bottom end / Alaniz ported polished head
Hondata K-Pro
AEM Fuel Rail and FPR
ID1000cc's
Walbro 255 (rewired off battery)

Anyway, just happy to be driving my car again before the snow falls!!!

Didn't get any mechanical work done there, just the tuning.

Jeremy (Servion) did the tune.

Nice numbers. Now you can take it and run the newly paved Pikes Peak.

Damn. Fullrace mani's always seem to make the best power. Thats really impressive for only 12psi.

Tuner said it was a very efficient setup and he was a bit surprised how much it made at 12psi....guess that ported/polished head helps out a bit.

Good shit Scott. I'm in the process of doing my long awaited (minor) upgrade...may or may not use the Full Race mani I bought earlier this year. Should know next week. My mech says they're serious PITA's to work on.

Where is your oil drain? Pan or girdle?

They are a PITA to work on...as you know I've had mine out 3 times now for various issues (blown turbo gasket, sheered manifold studs, etc.). The wastegate is tough to mount up (gotta go from under the car). The easiest way I've found was to bolt the turbo to the manifold and install them as one piece. Remove the 2 bolts from the bottom of the pass side motor mount and jack up the motor a bit. This will allow the turbo/manifold to go in fairly easy.

My oil drain is to my pan, very high on the pass side...pretty much a straight shot from the turbo to pan.
