The new Full Race goods and more
Okay...I think this is the final change in my build and I am not doing anything else to it until the V160 is ready to go in, in a few months. For now, I am going to enjoy the damn car as it sits and hopefully nothing else breaks!!! I changed out the manifold to a Full Race manifold and luckily was able to keep the downpipe and charge pipe from my last Sheepey manifold. Everything lined up perfectly!! haha I lucked out. Here are some photos of the "FINAL" setup lol. Part 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 etc....smh.
- Full Race Manifold
- Twin Tial 38-MVS
- Borg Warner S366
- Sheepey downpipe
- Innovative 75a mounts
- Fuelab fuel filter
- AEM fuel pressure, oil pressure, and oil temp sensors.
- New fuel lines
- Haltech flex fuel sensor
- Haltech Racepak dash (still have to mount it)
**Ignore the cheap filter thats on there...its only for cruising around from time to time**
- Dumptubes will be going out the hood next week.
I just put in these mounts and they are freaking sweet!! No vibrations at idle at all!! The motor feels stiff and a lot more responsive for sure. I bought new bolts and washers since the stock ones looked wayyy too long. I got new bolts that were about 1/3" shorter so it didnt bottom out in the engine block like some have reported. I believe that those experiencing excessive vibration, did not install them correctly. It is VERY easy to get these mounts in a bind while lining up and tightening everything down. If there is any bind at all, it will vibrate more than normal. I also bought the ILP oil relocation kit again and put it in a sweet spot.

looks serious. you have a catch can. what is the purpose of employing the oem pcv? is the secondary line (appears to be connected below the dipstick) to the valve cover internally baffled?

The PVC line still has the check valve and will pull vacuum. The secondary line is not baffled and doesn't get oil in it so it's good. The catch can and coolant are shared in one piece box.
