Likely in the ballpark yes. The idea with proper spark plug gap is to run the largest gap you can before you get spark blow out. Start out larger around .025 and work your way down in increments until you can do a clean bottom to top pull without the engine breaking up. E85 is going to put more demands on spark over pump, so naturally your plug gap will need to be smaller to have the spark be stronger/more concentrated.

I bought the recommend plugs for my set up but I don't think they gap ed mine when they installed. Going e85 soon do u think I should ask the tuner to gap them

Assuming the 2668, these typically come gapped at 0.33, which is fine for 8-9psi, but not 12-18psi. You will end up in the mid to low 20's typically at mid/high boost range. With E85 added, you may need to close the gap even further.
