Thumbs up OEM to HFC, warrant a re-tune?

Hey guys, I have the 70mm test Pipe, and I had Creep issues, the first day I didnt have nay issues, it was 65 outside, anything below 50ish it crept, so I put the OEM cat back in, and got it tuned. I have been thinking about the Berk-High-Flow Cat, and being as though my tune is slightly rich if I was to buy & install the Berk HFC and able to check my Air-to-Fuel ratio, and was not running lean, would I need a re-tune right away to safely do this?

Though I am very happy with the power I am making still feels sluggish up on top, compared to when I had a Test Pipe, just trying to use the full potential of my set-up

If it's not running lean there is no reason to retune.
