You can just put a U-shaped hose there. Well, that’s what the Ptuning kit does.

What exactly is needed to delete the oil cooler?
is there a kit?
The oem oil filter adapter is too long when removing oil cooler donut. Is there a shorter one you guys have used with success?

Finished product . Looks much cleaner/keeps filter further away grom turbo manifold which will keep more radiant heat away. The shortened bolt did not go in smoothly. Dont know if that is by design but the longer oem oil filter bolt went in smoothly and this shortened one made for other hondas almost felt like it was going in cross threaded. I tightened it by hand by installing the oil filter and torqueing it down which in turn torqued down the bolt.

Depending on the pressure sensor you are using you might want to use a hose and mount it somewhere on the chassis.
Big bulky pressure sensors mounted directly on the engine is very likely to snap off right at the threads due to vibrations.
Yank the oem off and do as the above post mentions for sensor mounting .
