Brought it back to Evan's Tuning, let them install the coolant lines to the turbo and asked them to bleed it for me. So far no problems since, with or withour AC

I do believe this is one of the main problems, i live in an area where temps are at 110 to 115 in the shade, in other words its extreme heat, and i was having those same issues. I couldn't drive the car if temps outside where more than 95

I just added a corvette Air dam, between the inter cooler and the radiator, and problem solve.

Now all the air that the inter cooler was blocking now it is being scooped from the bottom

Outside temps are at 112 now, my water temps are from 194 to 199, with the AC on.

For everyone relying on the gauge cluster for temp readings - the ranges on the cluster are not precise and don't give an accurate representation of what's high or low when it comes to overheating. If you're in this forum, you should be looking at the readings on your EMS, either through live readings or logs, to see what your real temps are.

For comparison's sake, here's what you're seeing. Refer to the pics on the left

COrrection the A/C worked for a while w/o the car oveheating, but eventually it started back up again. I think at this point I really need to get an aftermarket oil cooler and maybe upgraded radiator. I know Evans Tuning is suppose to be coming out with their kit soon. Then may I can have the A/C on in my car

Not entirely true.

The entire AC system has to work MUCH harder when you aren't re-circulating the air.

You are correct that all it does it close the flap under the dash, however it is much easier to heat soak your condenser working the system at full tilt always fully cooling the air, rather than re-circulating already cooled air.

A heat exchanger is a heat exchanger any way you look at it.

Wait you were running a water cooled turbo without the water lines connected?
