Need alittle help. I need to replace my ap1 head and was wondering if there would be any issues switching it to a ap2 head. I heard that the specs are alittle different and the valve cover was different also. Wondering if you guys know if this is true or not. And would adding turbo or Sc be a problem? Thank you!!

 

no problems at all. The AP2 head is the same as the AP1, the difference is the AP1 / AP2 cams are slightly different. The best combo is an AP1 Intake Cam with an AP2 Exhaust Cam. As far as the valve cover goes the AP1 and AP2 are different but you can put your AP1 cover on the AP2 head so you need not worry about the differences...
