I'm about to finish my "no regrets" killer engine build, and, well, thinking if I should do cams, and if its even worthwhile.

I see inlinepro stages, and BC cams. BC has 1 set offered, and I think I'd be going with IP stage 4 (lobe) if I go with them

significant difference in price, but that this point, that why im calling it no regrets. I just can't find real-world dynos of either. BC has a dyno of 39psi and picked up like 90hp, but that chart isn't "unbiased".

So is like to know who has, or knows of what..

So when you build an engine either NA or FI ultimately it should be built around a cam or get a cam made for your desires. I would get ahold of webcams :thumbsup:

or go through A LOT of dyno spread sheets and analyze. Also looking for very similar setups.

the stock cam is bedded, happy, and designed. Cant go wrong with it really. To each his own though. If you dropped your cr. Your probably looking for some cut in that overlap and or duration. Maybe a cheap route would be some adj. cam gears.

A guy in the UK got great results with skunk 2 cams as they were adjustable.

Yes, the only person I have read on here that made significant gains was a Member in the UK called Mattie who used adjustable Skunk 2 cam gears I think and possible a cam that had less overlap? Search for him on here.
He has a complete build thread where he starts off supercharged then ends up turbo charging, it's like 100 pages long.
Apparently it was in vtec all the time too.
