Thumbs up Recommendations for dry 50 shot nitrous setup.

I really don't know too much about nitrous but I am thinking of getting a dry 50-60 shot if I can't get enough funds for a sc kit.
If I go that route can anyone recommend what I would need for a nice reliable kit? I would get it dyno'd just to check afrs after the install and all.
The cheaper the better but I don't want to sacrifice reliability or anything.
I know there is info on here but still confuses the crap out of me haha.
If anyone is very familiar with nitrous and could put it simple what I would need for a nice dry shot kit looking for 50-60 lbs or so without needing anything to tune timing. I have a vafc that I would like to use to tune since I have that installed and all already.

since you've got a return fuel system just hook it up according to the directions and if anything leave it a little on the rich side. the richer the mixture the slower the burn so in effect it'll retard the timing. I personally wouldn't go more than a 50 shot without some kinda tuning.

if you want to go boost down the road then get a standalone like AEM or Hondata. then you can spray a bigger shot, have it tuned right, and be ready for boost down the road.

Well wouldn't I need safety devices like the one that only allows nitrous when WOT and and that won't allow it to come on until a certain rpm or a purge valve whatever that is haha.
And I do have a vafc which I could take it somewhere to tune or is it pointless to tune nitrous with a vafc only?

Would this be all I need? Seems to have a manegement system with it that will prevent it from running to lean. Also has WOT activation only it looks like. So would it stop spray between shifts then? Would any other safety devices be good to get with this? Or is this a crap kit?
Zex dry kit.

Zex is a great nitrous kit. I believe Zex nitrous technology is > then the other competitors IMO.

Do you run one? It looks like out of the box it would be the safest but I am not familiar with nitrous at all.

a 50 shot will be fine.

Get a window switch, WOT switch, and a arming switch. And 1 step colder plugs

do you know which dry 50 shot kit I should go with? Also should I tune it or leave it as it is? What is a window switch again?

zex A window switch allows nitrous only to be activated between the preset rpms. i would do between 3000 or 3500-9000.

also get a bottle warmer to make sure your bottle has enough pressure to deliver a decent shot. and also get a blow down tube i think thats what its called. its cheap. if the pressure in you bottle gets to hot or w.e ( lets say on a reallllly hot day) rather than erupting itll let the nitrous escape through the tube.

if i go (more like when lol) nitrous itll be zex definetly.

Ok cool. Yeah would definitely want a window switch then. How hot does it have to get for that to happen? I am probably moving down to Florida next month so it does get very hot there. Would it likely keep getting dumped out that tube haha?
So are all these devices actually activated by switches? Gonna have a crapload of switches if they are haha.
