after putting a comptech supercharger with aftercooler upgrade be all that is needed for a setup?

or is there more stuff to it? and is there any other parts that will keep the s/c safe?

It's not the supercharger you need to worry about. It's the engine and drivetrain. You should find out what the a/f ratio is through out the rev band and go from there.
If you drive the car hard all the time, then your clutch and rear diff and CVs won't live long.

I am planning on upgrading my clutch (well, the ACT HD PP, oem disk, oem throwout bearing, and comptech flywheel), as well as doing the 4.57 gears with comptech diff housing. Where can we get stronger aftermarket CV's??

Also, I dont know of any place around me that can do dyno tuning, and king motorsports is out of the question, because to my knowledge they only have an engine dyno. What is the appropriate a/f ratio? I assume we want to be richer than stoichmetric? (13.7:1) Is 13.0:1 an appropriate a/f ratio for the entire rev range?

Don't re-use a TO bearing. It's takes so much effort to get in there to do this job, the cost of TO bearing is negligible. Also, the disc isn't that expensive either, but you should inspect it first before deciding to re-use it.
As for a/f, depending on whether or not you will be upping the stock boost, between 12 and 13, the higher for more power, lower for more safe running. For me, I'm only concerned about the a/f @WOT (under heavy load) in the upper rev range. What it is in the lower rev band, part throttle, low load - not such a big deal for me.
