Default S/C or Turbo?

I drive a 2003 Honda S2000 and was wondering what would be better for it, a comptech supercharger or a turbo kit for it. Not too sure what turbo kits run pricewise but know that an aftercooled SC runs about $6,000. Any help would be much appreciated. I know the S/C adds about 100 rwhp, and obviously the turbos can be tuned to put out more than that... but the thing that i am thinking is since the S2K revs out to 9000 rpm it does somewhat lack low-end torque. I was thinking the S/C would help out down low but from what I have heard it only helps out with top end. So, either way, it would be like having turbo lag if you think about it. Who knows what I will do, one thing that makes me lean more towards the S/C is the fact it's been tested and run on quite a few S2000s, whereas I know nothing about a turbo setup for one. Everyone I see goes S/C... either way, I just want BOOST! Thanks guys

boost is good.

if you want decent power and reliability go with the s/c.

If your S is your daily driver get the S/C if not get the turbo.

Great question.... just like the 10,000 other times it's been asked.

Try the search, or read the FAQs.

lol def tru, personally im a turbo man myself. more upgradable in the end, more fun better sound and faster. i dont think 6 grand for s/c is worth it cuz 6 g's in a turbo setup is insanely awesome.
