Well he is stuck with KW kit for now. Most SC kits have auto adjusters and those suck. This is the main reason I'm going turbo over SC.

Btw this is on a track only car and a street car will not bring out its full capabilities. Staying at 9100 rpm for 20 mins straight, really tests out what the companies have produced.

9100 rpm is over-spinning the blower if im not mistaken... even on the -91 blower.

I've gone through this many times, and I've only had the kit for a month lol. De tuning to 450 wont change anything. I'm at 400 and shredding belts. I called today to see about the 30mm upgrade, and its $449. Probably going to buy it. Tired of destroying belts every two weeks.

for guys shredding belts, what is the tension like on a cold car? how far can you twist the belt basically?

Every platform I look at that KW makes a kit for has belt issues. spread the word and vote with your dollars, stop buying their krap

Old news. This is well documented on this site that the KW v2 rotrex kit is unreliable for some.

Sorry for your issues. Sell the kit and by a SOS N1200 setup for reliable trackable power

I belive the sos kit will have the same problem at that much whp and rpm. Can anyone relate ?

Well turbo is a no brainer for me but we shall see what my buddy does in the next track days to prevent this.
