3.4" pulley will max the blower speed out with a ap1 redline. 3.2" will cap you at 8350rpm. several guys have over spun these blowers with good success it seems, though I don't know how many miles they put on them. The Paxton blowers are pretty stout, so I wouldn't be too concerned with over spooling a bit if you want to try and eek out the most, but keep in mind you lose efficiency pretty quick from the added heat in that speed range. Your definitely going to want to run e85 or water/meth injection kit to not only be kinder to the engine at those boost levels, but also keep IAT cooler so you can capitalize on the added boost. Otherwise your just pushing more hot air with not much power added.

With the 3.2" pulley at 8350rpm I was seeing 17-18psi average depending on ambient temps. Revving to 9k nearly 20psi. Never got around to a dyno, but suspect I was between 425-440whp. I was running water meth injection and a conservative tune on a lower 9.6:1 comp motor.

What are the 2 hoses they want you to change on the fuel pump? Trying to figure out why they recommend me to replace them

Is there any benefit to boring out the OEM intake manifold and runners to match a larger aftermarket throttle body with the SOS kit? It seems LHT Performance (Shop in Tampa Florida) has been modifying intake manifolds with good success on several Kraft Werks supercharged setups. Would we see the same with our SOS kits?

I'm currently running a 3.4" pulley and don't want to go w/ a smaller pulley due to dealing with belt slip, etc. therefore trying to figure out other reliable options to help increase some power. My current setup includes a Ballade Sports header, ballade sports larger TB, Greddy spectrum elite v2 dual 70mm exhaust and 70mm test pipe which makes 407hp/260tq at approximately 13.5 psi, but would be nice to get closer to 430-450hp range.

I was also thinking about making a CAI like mentioned early in this thread since its so damn hot in Florida.

Tried starting my car last night for the first time since install. My tuner sent me a basemap to use. First try and started but was very rough and sputtered for about 15 seconds cut off. After that i got two more revised startup tunes and car does the same thing. I checked for fuel leaks on injectors and pump and everything is fine. What else could i check that could be the cause? (Using aem ems series 2)

You have verified that the base map you are running is calibrated to the exact injector cc you have?

Could be anything, but id venture to say a sensor forgot to be plugged in or issue with map sensor. Double check everything. Make sure no vac hoses off and fuel pressure is set where it should be for the base map fuel delivery etc.

i think it may be a map sensor. We took it off and were able to get the car on and it stayed on but the idle was really rough

Hey all, just picked up another SC - SOS this time, and the aftercooler is a different shape and tilts, unlike the old comptech ones im used to, therefore its not clear to me how much to top this thing off with fluid, since it spills out while running even at what seems like too low a level. I just want to make sure there is enough room for the fluid to expand when its hot, but make sure im maximizing the amount/not run too low. Dont have any SOS directions if these are stated and nothing listed in the OP regrading this. Thanks.
