[quote name='RedCelica' timestamp='1328122792' post='21373861'] So I was set on the 1220 until just now reading this thread. Interesting find on the pulleys, but I'd like to know if I need to upgrade the fuel pump if I'm going to run the 1200 at 10psi (4" pulley). The stage 2 kit comes with 1000cc injectors, but no fuel pump. Shooting for 380whp safe and securely on a stock longblock.
Actually, the stage 2 does include a fuel pump, and if you upgrading from stage one to two, the walbro pump in the base Kit will supply all the fuel you need. When I upgraded, the fuel regulator supplied with the base unit was removed, and 1000 cc injectors installed with the stock regulator reinstalled. eith unit, and you will be fine and if I was doing it over again, I'd get the 1200 unit. My current output is 354 hp, 215 lb torque at 10 psi. on the 1220.

Wow - I thought my drive was on the long side for a tune. It will be worth the trip though, and on a side note, he does etunes. What management system are you planning to use? AEM? Haltech? Hondata? Other?

I know it's very close with my Spoon s-tai hood, actually had to have the reciever for the hood rod cut out and filled in at the body shop to get clearance. Are you running the stock hood? It kind of suprizes me that it rubs.

you more then likely need to "time" your blower housing.

its close, but it shouldnt rub AT ALL. Be sure the core of the aftercooler is parallel with the chassis support beam it rests above.
