Before the fuel issues, the car was at about 350ish hp and 250tq at about 7k rpm on a Mustang dyno. Tuner limited revs to 7k until I get a new fuel pump and we get the tune finished

Compared to my the old kw kit, the car seems to run more smoothly across the entire RPM range. The "coffee-grinder" sound from the blower is taking a little getting used to, but its overall more quiet than my rotrex setup. I'll have a more complete numbers once the fueling issues are solved and tuning is complete, but I am enjoying the SOS kit so far.

ap2 redline. finally got everything sorted, turns out i'd been running the stock fuel pump all this time... also, was making "only" about 360hp 240tq with a few misfires until the tuner checked the spark plugs, which were toast. new set of plugs and the final numbers are 397hp and 260tq. very pleased with how its all come together.

Not sure why the sticky was removed from this thread so sorry for bumping this.
I was just wondering if the tensioner pulley is a generic available part or you need to get the bearing separately if you want to change it.
I think I got a bad one, oh and is there a torque specs for this?

It is. Dayco 89017, can be found just about anywhere.

Torque spec? Probably, but considering you need to loosen the tensioner bolt on the pulley when adjusting tension, and the only way to tighten it again is with a box wrench, I'd say tight is tight.

Thanks, seems not that easy to find over here in Europe though but I'll just ad it to the US shopping list
Looks like Gates 38015 is an equivalent, if anyone found a better quality one please share.
