Hey RAIN do you happen to know what the stock CFM of the fans are and what amps they pull? It would make picking a SPAL alot easier if the was a stock baseline to go by.

Thanks Rain, do you recommend a place to pick one up? Siliconeintakes.com? Have you had any issues running the slim fan with the stock rad? Thanks

I just went with 2 fans from summit racing. One 10 or 12" and one smaller 8" due to my CAI. I'm running stock radiator with no issues. Search my upgrade thread and it will show my CAI and fan setup.

Here is the quote from your build thread for those interested

BTW - I have been doing some screwing around in CAD using the Mishimoto radiator and SPAL fan dimensions to try to figure out what arrangement will fit my needs the best. I may make a new thread shortly to show my findings with views of these CAD drawings that will give you an idea of the size of the radiator vs. these fans.

Edit - Thread is here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/100...-profile-fans/

Rain why do you say 982 CFM is low? Again unless we have a base line of what the OEM fans are putting out saying high or low is just subjective looking at the choices SPAL has. They have fans from 300 to 4000 CFM. 982 maybe low in their line up but if the OEM fan is doing 700CFM than 982 is high! Just saying. Do not mean to pick at ya. Your thread and the informaion it has provided has been priceless.
