There was a previous post here on BLVs and the wasted energy by having it operate somewhat like a wastegate. I'm not sure how reliable the BLVs are and the accuracy of the valve (particularly the one offered by 928 motorsports).

I went ahead and purchased a 14.5 psi 3.4" pulley from SOS. Also bought a new Weldon 1100A fuel pump and FPR. Hopefully parts will arrive this week and dyno next Friday. I'll post results once all is said and done.
