Default staylor's turbo build

Hi S2ki wanted to do a turbo s2000 build for a while now had lots of help, ideas, advise, from members and their builds. My goal was to build a street car with heat, A/C, power steering, and make 500hp with room for more power later on. Thanks for all the post and help all work was done by me but the tune and fab work. Here were go with the build sheet and pics!!!

Brian Crower dual valve springs with steel retainers and keepers oem valve seals
Installed updated oil jet bolts

LHT Performance custom made 3"exhaust HKS Hi power muffler with vibrant resonator all v band with dump pipe recirculated
LHT Performance custom made 4" air intake with aem dry flow
Blueridge motor sports oil catch can with -10 an lines to valve cover and drained back to timing cover
Canton racing oil filter relocation kit with -10 lines and ebay oil cooler

Aeromotive 340 pump wired with 10 gauge wire from a relay to battery

Great numbers and looks very well done! I may have missed it, but was that 19 lbs on a stock block?

Yes stock block just bc dual valve springs, retainers , and keepers on 93 shell pump gas

Yes 19 is high on pump gas. It's set up boost by gear up to 16 psi and it made 460hp. With the high boost switch on its 19 psi at 486hp. I wanted that extra power just in case

That's what I'm talking about...you just never know when you might need that little extra...remember water is just hot at 211 degrees...add one more degree and you can power a locomotive.

I was deciding on this manifold for my build, but couldn't pass up a good deal on the one I have now.

Not to be a dick, but I see this going bad pretty quick at 19psi on 93, assuming you are still on stock compression and no meth.

Nice build regardless though. Did you have to extend the lines for the fusebox?
