I know 19 psi is not safe on pump gas but it's only at 19psi with high boost switch on its normally at 16 psi. Fuse box it self no wires need to be extended but eps wires, horn, a/c pressure sensor, fans, and some grounds for head lights all needed to be extended lots of work.

Idle and part throttle are great. I asked my tuner if they were any good he said they work great, he only tuned a few cars with them, but I must say I had to buy a adjustable fuel pressure regulator to lower my base fuel pressure because it idled really bad and was stalling out all the time because my base fuel pressure was to high, but after installing aem regulator and a guage it was night and day difference.

Nice build, What elevation and what kind of dyno? reason i ask is because on 91 pump, at 13psi i made 501whp, stock motor. I realize every car is different, but man thats a big difference, and scary with 19 psi pump!

I'm running 18psi but I'm 9.1 compression. Maybe you should consider meth injection just to be safe.
