Not on the street, but on the track it can be. I would be more comfortable running about 11.5 range on the track to help keep combustion temps a little cooler. Your likely going to already be pushing the overall temps of the coolant/oil and IAT so having a richer fuel tune will help give you a little more buffer.
With that amount of power I think that on a 2 min track... going down like 6 or 7 seconds will be easy

good to hear this, when mine is driven is driven very hard not a garage lady so... I will target that afr more or less and guess that on ignition chapter 1 or 1.25 less ignition degree by every psi gained
