As some of you allready know, BR performance is developing a MP62 Eaton blower. The jury is still out on when/where/if and how much.

I had a quick look. November 2003 and nothing better than a CAD diagram?
Developing a roots type blower kit requires more hrs then a turbo or a snail type S/C. the whole intake manifold needs to be designed and fabricated.
They did succeed on the MIATA and have decent power gains for the price tag. If they manage to succeed on the S and match the price like to like there kit, am sure it will be a well known blower in here.
Time will give us better results and how reliable this will be.

I'd like to see one work too, but I'm a bit skeptical if they can keep the IAT's down for extended use in boost. The JRSC Civic I've worked on would destroy itself at a road course. The IAT's are up around 200deg F within 3 2-3 gear pulls at WOT. The temps don't come back down for some time.
I hope Aus and myself will both be wrong. Just not counting on it.

If I were considering a supercharger today, I would go with one of the two ESTABLISHED kits that are proven and readily available. I'm not about to be the "guinea pig" for someone's new marketing project. Remember the horror stories of the first few Ultimate Racing turbo kits?

Agreed. Even the early Comptech and Vortech's had issues. If your the 1st to have it, you are the beta tester.
Comptech broke brackets untill the finally made them with rubbber isolators. Vortech's early timing controllers didn't work.
