Supercharger or Turbo?

I say all three just get an 03, 05, and 09 and make one N/A, one Turbo, and one Supercharged!!!
Seriously though do lots of searching here before makingbthe choice.

I wish I would have went supercharger. Listening to the go turbo advice just got me my number 2 piston cracked and head gasket blown and that's under 2k miles with all labor done in house and tuning at the same shop. Live and you learn. I'm going supercharger now and maybe one day down the future switch to an ls3.

I wouldnt blame turbocharging. chances are it was a bad tune, or there was a problem with the engine prior. If you went SC good probability that it would have broken the engine too.

Fuuuuu, sorry to hear that man
Doesn't really matter what the culprit was now, the damage is already done. An LS3 in this car would be absurd!!

yeah I was thinking that but would hate to call the guy a bad tuner. Not blaming turbocharging. Imo, it was too much boost/different elevation changes/tune/etc.

Bringing an old thread back, But a lot of supercharger guys go turbo, but close to zero turbo guys go supercharger.
I've been comptech supercharged for 8 years at 8psi and just last summer went to 12psi. I've always wanted a turbo s2000. And this year i'm finally going turbo. Although i have debated on just upgrading to the N1200 supercharger.....discisions decisions.
ahhh.....
I think for the most part, if you aren't tracking your car regularly, Turbo is more fun. !!!
When i mean tracking, i meant road course/autoX. Drag racing is a different story. !!
