Default T1R 70R w/ Turbo?

Does anyone run the T1R 70R single exhaust? What are your impressions with the turbo? Would a 3" custom exhaust be better?

Thanks!

Ryan

it should be good enough, but you have to make sure your DP has the flange for the T1R 70. Usually turbo downpipe has different flange I think stock mani flange to T1 70R right. I'm running t1r 63mm.

It will work... If you step up to a 3" or bigger, it becomes less restrictive as boost goes up (you will make more power).

best exhaust for turbo is no exhaust....remember that....so the less restrictive the better end of story.

I should have my GT1 kit w/ the T1R 70r up and running by the end of the week and will have some dyno numbers in 2 weeks or so. I will also be running a 3" cutout. I'll post some numbers and hopefully some videos..

I would just go with a full 3in. I'm running a custom 3in with Apexi N1 muffler
