i will retune it friday, cause i juste changed the gate last week, but i spool fast, my vtec is at 5200, in gear 3-4-5 it full boost at 4300, in first and second gear 5000 rpm it full boost, i cut a 7000 rpm cause with my 44mm gate i creep a lot, and boost at 10 psi, my car is a blast to drive cant want to spin 9k rpm and boost 12 13 psi with meth

you must be on pump gas. with my current setup on 93oct 14psi i was 398hp or something. i'll be moving soon to a city that has e85 and im going to take advantage of that lol. i dont know what to expect. the stock rear and tranny scare me though. i drive the car quite often in the summer days and put a lot of miles on her. reliability is a must for me.

get a Forged Performance sidewinder!!

Forged makes a very nice looking manifold/kit. If I wasn't having my tuner custom build mine I would get either the Forged Performance or the Full Race manifold.

Forged Performance:

Keep your current manifold/setup and up the boost a couple psi with E85. Scott(dsddcd) made 534whp on his IP log manifold and 6265 turbo on C16 and a 2mm or 3mm headgasket.

With that thicker headgasket, I wouldn't really try to get big numbers out of it personally, but that is just me. "Big numbers" as in something that is gonna require a better manifold. In my opinion and only an opinion, I would do the switch to E85, get retuned with a couple more psi, and you should be happy. The switch to E85 alone should gain you double digit gains. This gives you exactly what you want IMO and is definitely not gonna break the bank compared to other options.

I do not agree with this at all. My buddy had an inline pro Log kit and made 361 whp on 13 psi. He switched to a Sidewinder manifold kept the same turbo and boost pressure and made 488 whp. 127whp gain on just a manifold.....I vote manifold.

Edit: Plus do you really want to have to replace a head gasket every 10,000 miles? (If you are lucky)

Notice the switch to E85.....

And above all, LJ tuning it.

Still a new manifold on top of running E85 there would be no need for 2/3mm head gasket.
