As far as your parts list everything looks good besides your injectors. Pick up a set of ID 1000cc injectors and don't forget about a map sensor I reccomend the SOS 3 bar. Stick with the OEM head gasket unless you like changing the 3mm gasket every oil change. You most likely will not make 500whp on pump gas. Our engines are limited to around 450whp on pump with a efficient setup because of the 11:1 compression ratio.
Lol on changing the 3mm head gasket with the oil change. I am not sure how people are still getting the idea that a head gasket is needed like everyone thought they were a couple/ few years back.

Also i would.highly recommend checking out the synapse synchronic bov and wastegate. Search video on.Google/YouTube and see why they are better than everything else on he market. Cheaper to boot! Also you need something to control boost. I would do a Mac boost solenoid, same as AEM but for like $50-$60.

What kind of manifold would you suggest Tim, and what is your opinion on the pte 6262. I was considering the 6266 it has a real nice powerband but takes longer to spool. I am considering another turbo from what i have been reading with precision i dont want to invest money and blow it away.(or the motor)

Why would you want a 6266 when a 6262 will easily meet and surpass your power goals? Like turbo lag?

Whoa slow down there.... To run 600whp reliably, you honestly need more than $20k-$25k! Thats no joke! That is everything from a v160 transmission and r200 or 8.8 ford diff to a built motor and turbo kit. And then it is really not streetable anymore? You turn an impractical car into a very impractical car. If yo want a drag car, go for it but really about 500whp is the extent of usable power, low spool etc in the s2000. I am not saying this with an absolute meaning as there is always outliers but in general.

Yeah i am getting ahead of myself, something like 500hp reliable is what will work for me. Ive just been looking through these forums all day and decided i dont want to go with a log manifold because ill end up buying it and getting rid of it couple months down the road. If i changed the turbo for a gtx3076r with the pfab elt and the same previous setup i stated what kind of hp #'s am i looking at?

With that set-up you could certainly get close to 500whp, i would also look into the elm from Full Blown, LJ is amazing. The GTX3582 is another great quick spooling big turbo that will certaily get you big power. Really the GTX30 is great for upto 550whp so thats what i would go with. I have a gt3076 personally
